In preparation for the 2024 Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (QCPR), General Assembly (GA) resolution 78/166, requested the Secretary-General to provide Member States with status reporting on the implementation of the current 2020 QCPR (General Assembly resolution 75/233). This page provides a collection of resources on the status of QCPR implementation.
This complements existing availability of materials on the 2024 QCPR page, and comprehensive reports and its annexes. The Secretary-General’s report on the implementation of the QCPR and the report of the Chair of the UNSDG on the Development Coordination Office are the two key annual documents providing comprehensive analysis of the implementation of the resolution 75/233 on the QCPR, since its adoption in 2020. The annual ECOSOC operational activities segment allows Member States to deliberate on the implementation of the QCPR and provide additional guidance on the operational activities of the United Nations.

Mapping and summaries of UN Evaluation Evidence by the System-wide Evaluation Office
During 2024, the UNSDG System-Wide Evaluation Office, in collaboration with evaluation offices across the United Nations system, has produced a series of mapping and summary products of United Nations evaluation evidence to support engagement in the 2024 QCPR.
The following table presents United Nations evaluation evidence summaries on five selected topics. The summaries draw on the extensive knowledge and evidence generated by independent evaluations conducted across the United Nations between 2021 and 2024. They present key insights and learning from evaluations for consideration.

The below table presents interactive evaluation evidence maps, featuring United Nations evaluations, published between 2021 and 2024, mapped against 2020 QCPR mandates and provisions, the Sustainable Development Goals, and by country/territory and region.
